The Email Report feature of the WF: Request Quote, Hide Price app allows you to view detailed reports of all emails sent to your customers and yourself. This report is useful for tracking quote requests and monitoring email interactions, including customer engagement.

Email Type #
You can filter the email reports based on the type of email sent. The available options are:
- All: View all emails sent.
- Admin: View emails sent to the admin.
- User: View emails sent to customers.
Date Range #
You can also filter the reports by specific date ranges to analyze the performance of your email communications over time:
- All: View all emails sent at any time.
- Today: View emails sent today.
- Yesterday: View emails sent the previous day.
- This Week: View emails sent in the current week.
- Last Week: View emails sent in the previous week.
- This Month: View emails sent in the current month.
- Last Month: View emails sent in the previous month.
- Custom: Select a custom date range to filter the email reports.
Report Details #
The report will display the following details for each email:
- Sr. No: Serial number for easy reference.
- Email: The email address of the recipient.
- Email Type: Whether the email was sent to an admin or a user (customer).
- Email Subject: The subject of the email.
- Date: The date when the email was sent, relative to today (e.g., “7 days ago”).
- Clicks: The number of times the email link was clicked by the recipient.
This report provides a clear overview of your email interactions, helping you track the number of emails sent, their recipients, and engagement metrics.
